Sarah completed her bachelor’s degree in Human Kinesiology from the University of British Columbia in 2019, followed by her RMT designation through the Okanagan Valley College of Massage Therapy. She has a strong background in human movement, physiology, and neurology that she strives to apply to her practice.
Sarah is passionate about facilitating the body and mind in its healing journey. She sees that each person has their own unique history and recognizes the lasting effects that prior life traumas can have on the nervous system. She is able to work with the individual and help to alleviate the compensation patterns that we tend to store neurologically within our bodies. Her goal is it show people they can heal and to bring awareness to the mind-body connection so that you can ultimately live life to the fullest!
Sarah uses a combination of techniques that looks to address the fascial, musculoskeletal, and neurological components of the body while also bringing a sense of connection and relaxation within the body.
